roasted slices of pork belly tossed in sweet and sour mustard seed glaze on a ‘batch 7’ biscuit, fried egg, red cabbage slaw and cilantro. Served with wedge fries

Salmon Filet
seared salmon seasoned with blackening spice, with side of vegetable succotash and hose made crème fraiche
